Membership

Membership of the Group is restricted to estates that can demonstrate a multi-generational track record of responsible private ownership in which the interests of local communities and private owners are carefully managed and aligned.

These estates are held in private and longterm family ownership. Collectively, their assets include rural and agricultural acreage, urban, commercial and residential property, in central London and elsewhere; as well as other diversified investments and assets.

Most estates include a mansion house of architectural and historical importance often containing major art collections and EBG estates own and maintain over 5,000 listed buildings.
